Welcome to Crystal Workspaces! For the safety and enjoyment of all members of our community, please take a few moments to look over our newly revised house rules.
Voice Calls / Zoom Meeting Policy
Friendly conversations within our space are always encouraged :-)
However, please be advised that voice calls (via phone, Zoom meetings, etc) can become a major distraction for others when working in our shared spaces.
"First Hour Free" Office Use
To address this, we’re refining our policy on voice calls in order to help reduce noise with our new "First Hour Free" policy.
Effective immediately, any open office is available for you to use for FREE up to an hour at a time with no reservation!
You can do this throughout the day as needed.
For example...
If you need to take a call at 11am and another call at 3pm, you can use any available office at no charge from 11am-12pm, and then do it again from 3pm-4pm. Both hours would be free.
Reservations / Do Not Disturb
Reservation holders always have priority. If you need longer than one hour, or if you need to work absolutely undisturbed, please make a reservation for the room on our website. If someone else has reserved the room you’re using, please respect their reservation.
You can check whether an office is available by looking at the calendar in your membership area. You can also make a reservation on our public website at the link below.
Reduced Rates on Office and Conference Rooms
We have lowered our daily room rates. Offices are now $50/day, and conference rooms are now $200/day. Reduced hourly and monthly rates are also available. These are significant cost savings that we're happy to pass along to you!
See our current availability here:

Double Credits for Monthly Members
More good news for our monthly co-working members! We’ve DOUBLED your free monthly credits from $200/month up to $400/month.
This means you can now reserve offices for FREE each month up to your $400 limit. This means eight free days per month. After your $400 free credits, the daily office rate is $50/day.
Between our "free hour" policy and your free monthly credits, most likely you will never pay anything extra! :-)
No Voice Calls in the Common Areas
Effective immediately, voice calls are NOT permitted in any shared common area while others are present. This is to reduce noise for everyone.
Please use one of these "First Hour Free" offices for voice calls as described above.
We also ask you to please be respectful of others by being mindful of your volume, conversation length, and frequency of calls.
These rooms are available for use:
Downstairs:
Agate
Shungite
Onyx
Diamond (conference room)
Upstairs:
Jade (Podcast room)
Sapphire (conference room)
All of the above rooms can also be reserved for longer periods here:

Guest Policy
Guests or visitors for co-working monthly plan members, day pass holders, or for private office members booking outside their office, are not permitted except in connection with a meeting room booking.
The number of guests is limited to the maximum number of people permitted in the booked room, and guests only will be permitted to access Crystal Workspaces during the booking period.
Multiple people
Co-working monthly memberships and day pass bookings are always "per person." If you have two or more people in your group, each person will need to create a separate co-working membership or booking. Alternatively, consider booking a meeting room for your group instead.
Safety
For the safety of all members, please remember to keep the back doors locked if the courtyard is not in use. In addition, when going out to the back patio, remember to leave the lock bolt in the open-locked position to keep the door from closing so that you don't get locked out. Please re-lock the bolt when you return inside.
Conduct
All members, guests, and others using our spaces shall act in a respectful manner in the space, use the space in a manner consistent with typical commercial office building usage, and shall not perform any activity or cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to us or any members, or our/their employees, guests, or property. Use of any Crystal Workspaces space to conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request all visitors show a valid, government-issued photo ID and/or perform additional required steps according to our policies.

If you lose or damage your keycard, please notify the Operations Manager at a Crystal Workspaces location as soon as possible. You may be charged a fee for a replacement keyfob.
You are not permitted to make copies of any keys, keyfobs or other means of entry to any Crystal Workspaces space, or lend, share or transfer any keys or keyfobs to any third party, nor remove or alter door hardware or any other furniture unless authorized by us in advance.

If someone follows you into a Crystal Workspaces space without swiping their keyfob, request that they scan in with their own keyfob or contact Crystal Workspaces via the text number shown on signs throughout the space.
